Aj tu ur\u010dite existuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne pr\u00edstupy.  <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Skenovanie tela, vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 skenovanie tela, je zn\u00e1ma met\u00f3da v oblasti relax\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 sa v mnoh\u00fdch oh\u013eadoch vyu\u017e\u00edva aj vo fyzick\u00fdch cvi\u010deniach jogy. Realiz\u00e1cia v pohybe<\/p>\n\n<p>Prv\u00fdm krokom je jednoducho vst\u00fapi\u0165 do \u00e1sany, napr\u00edklad do polmesiaca, a v <strong>prvom kroku<\/strong> sa zastavi\u0165. Upokojenie znamen\u00e1, \u017ee telo sa znehybn\u00ed a prejde do pokoja, bez akejko\u013evek pohybovej aktivity. Dych je ponechan\u00fd svojmu prirodzen\u00e9mu toku. Vedomie sa teraz st\u00e1va akt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edm a zauj\u00edma k telu pozorovac\u00ed postoj.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Druh\u00fdm krokom <\/strong>je trochu sa odp\u00fata\u0165 od tela. Toto uvo\u013enenie sa t\u00fdka nervov\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia a svalov, ale e\u0161te viac em\u00f3ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sprev\u00e1dzaj\u00fa fyzick\u00fd stav. Mo\u017eno by ste najrad\u0161ej poz\u00edciu hne\u010f opustili, alebo sa c\u00edtite poh\u00e1\u0148an\u00ed \u00eds\u0165 do nej \u010falej?  <br\/>Pustenie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 takmer nepostrehnute\u013en\u00e9, ale vonkaj\u0161\u00ed pozorovate\u013e si v\u0161imne, \u017ee telo sa zd\u00e1 by\u0165 menej dominantn\u00e9, menej dotierav\u00e9. Uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa sa \u010fal\u0161ie mo\u017enosti a kroky \u010fal\u0161ieho v\u00fdvoja pohybu. M\u00f4\u017ee \u00eds\u0165 o v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed rozsah pohybu alebo sa t\u00fdka\u0165 ide\u00e1lnej\u0161\u00edch pomerov nap\u00e4tia.
