T\u00fdka sa to menej ka\u017edodenn\u00e9ho pozorovania, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 tendenciu prebieha\u0165 bez konkr\u00e9tneho zamerania, a opisuje to viac pozorovanie okolo seba, pri\u010dom to, \u010do vid\u00edme, je vedome alebo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou nevedome spojen\u00e9 so sympatiami alebo antipatiami. Pozorovanie v r\u00e1mci <span lang=\"sa-IN\"><i>\u0101sana<\/i><\/span> sa naopak vyzna\u010duje trochu in\u00fdm typom pozorovania. Na jednej strane sa s\u00fastre\u010fuje na nie\u010do konkr\u00e9tne a na druhej strane je pozorovanie \u010do najobjekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie, t. j. bez subjekt\u00edvnych pocitov, ako s\u00fa sympatie alebo antipatie. Ako praktick\u00fd pr\u00edklad m\u00f4\u017ee posl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 ryba, <i>matsyasana<\/i>. V r\u00e1mci tejto poz\u00edcie sa konkr\u00e9tne pozoruje nap\u00e4tie v tele: Ktor\u00e9 oblasti s\u00fa uvo\u013enen\u00e9 alebo nap\u00e4t\u00e9? Na z\u00e1klade tohto vytvoren\u00e9ho pokoja je mo\u017en\u00e9 podnikn\u00fa\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie kroky. Vytv\u00e1ra sa predstava o tom, ako sa <span lang=\"sa-IN\"><i>\u00e1sana<\/i><\/span> mo\u017eno \u010falej formova\u0165 do kon\u0161trukt\u00edvnej podoby, ktor\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie kroky maj\u00fa teraz zmysel a ktor\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 je na to vhodn\u00e1. A\u017e potom sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed cielen\u00e1 a vedome premyslen\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165. Tu sa aktivizuj\u00fa aj pohybov\u00e9 nervy, ale nie z be\u017en\u00e9ho automatizmu, ale z pr\u00edtomn\u00e9ho vn\u00edmania, jasnej predstavy a vedome rozhodnut\u00e9ho konania.     <\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Tento pr\u00edstup umo\u017e\u0148uje jednotlivcovi emancipova\u0165 sa od ur\u010duj\u00facich predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a s nimi spojen\u00fdch pocitov nedostato\u010dnosti a n\u00e1js\u0165 nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob rie\u0161enia v\u00fdziev. \u010c\u00edm viac sa op\u00edsan\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti objekt\u00edvneho pozorovania a konkr\u00e9tnej predstavivosti praktizuj\u00fa, t\u00fdm viac si prirodzene nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa cestu do \u017eivota a tvoria stabilizuj\u00faci a rozvoj podporuj\u00faci z\u00e1klad, a t\u00fdm aj pevn\u00fd z\u00e1klad pre kon\u0161trukt\u00edvny osobnostn\u00fd rozvoj.
