Tie sa v\u0161ak pova\u017eovali za pochybn\u00e9 a boli odsudzovan\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pre na\u0161u \u00favahu je zauj\u00edmav\u00e9, ako ask\u00e9ti zaobch\u00e1dzali s telom. Vo svojich r\u00f4znych discipl\u00ednach sa sna\u017eili um\u0155tvi\u0165 telesn\u00e9 vnemy a rozv\u00edja\u0165 nadprirodzen\u00e9 schopnosti ovl\u00e1da\u0165 telo a funkcie jeho org\u00e1nov, ako napr\u00edklad dobrovo\u013en\u00e9 zastavenie srdca a mnoh\u00e9 in\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klasick\u00e9 jogov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia nemali v Indii v tom \u010dase dobr\u00fa poves\u0165 a praktizovali sa u\u017e na prelome storo\u010d\u00ed, ale ve\u013emi sporadicky. Zdalo sa v\u0161ak, \u017ee dozrel \u010das spr\u00edstupni\u0165 jogov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia \u0161irokej verejnosti. Z\u00e1ujem o telesn\u00e9 cvi\u010denie bol ve\u013emi popul\u00e1rny nielen v Eur\u00f3pe, ale aj v Indii. Na oboch kontinentoch boli roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9 r\u00f4zne druhy gymnastiky pre mu\u017eov, sk\u00f4r v zmysle vojenskej telesnej v\u00fdchovy, kulturistiky a bojov\u00fdch umen\u00ed. \u017densk\u00e1 gymnastika s rytmick\u00fdm charakterom a tanec sa rozv\u00edjali o nie\u010do nesk\u00f4r.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ak\u00fa \u00falohu zohrali klasick\u00e9 jogov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia a ako sa nakoniec stali popul\u00e1rnym \u0161portom? \u0160irok\u00e1 oblas\u0165 v\u00fdskumu sa zameria na ot\u00e1zku, \u010do sa vlastne prenieslo z indickej kult\u00fary a ak\u00fa \u00falohu v tejto inov\u00e1cii zohrali z\u00e1padn\u00e9 vplyvy gymnastiky a vojenskej telesnej v\u00fdchovy Angli\u010danov, ktor\u00e1 sa stala popul\u00e1rnou aj v Indii. Kulturistika a z\u00e1pasenie boli v Indii tie\u017e ve\u013emi roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9 a pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed tvoria aj oblas\u0165 vplyvu modernej jogy.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hist\u00f3ria ukazuje, ako sa pr\u00fady Indie a Eur\u00f3py navz\u00e1jom prel\u00ednali a oplod\u0148ovali. Niet divu, ve\u010f Brit\u00e1niou okupovan\u00e1 India (koloni\u00e1lne obdobie trvalo od roku 1756 do roku 1947) podporovala \u017eiv\u00fa kult\u00farnu v\u00fdmenu medzi kontinentmi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z diskusie vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee nov\u00e1 forma modernej jogy vznikla pod r\u00f4znymi vplyvmi v Indii a odtia\u013e sa roz\u0161\u00edrila do cel\u00e9ho sveta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/>Od ask\u00e9zy k soci\u00e1lnym zru\u010dnostiam<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"759\" src=\"https:\/\/yoga-stile-im-vergleich.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Paramahamsa_Madhavdasji.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3003\" style=\"width:341px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yoga-stile-im-vergleich.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Paramahamsa_Madhavdasji.jpg 500w, https:\/\/yoga-stile-im-vergleich.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Paramahamsa_Madhavdasji-198x300.jpg 198w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Paramahamsa Madhavdasji, spolo\u010dn\u00fd u\u010dite\u013e \u0160r\u00ed Jog\u00e9ndru a \u0160r\u00ed Kuvalj\u00e1nandu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160r\u00ed Jog\u00e9ndra <\/strong>(1897-1989) a <strong>\u0160r\u00ed Kuvalj\u00e1nanda <\/strong>(1883-1966) boli prv\u00fdmi priekopn\u00edkmi \u0161\u00edrenia modernej jogy a zalo\u017eili aj vlastn\u00e9 in\u0161tit\u00faty. Obaja sa zameriavali na v\u00fdskum a uplat\u0148ovanie lie\u010div\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov jogov\u00fdch as\u00e1n a pr\u00e1naj\u00e1my. Tak sa zrodila jogov\u00e1 terapia.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee obaja boli nez\u00e1visl\u00fdmi \u0161tudentmi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Paramahamsa_Madhavdas\" title=\"\">Paramhansy \u0160r\u00ed Madhavdasji Mah\u00e1raja <\/a><\/strong>(1798-1921). Mal 123 rokov (!) a viedol \u00e1\u0161ram v Malsare v Gud\u017ear\u00e1te. Hoci bol ve\u013emi tradi\u010dne orientovan\u00fd, uv\u00e1dza sa, \u017ee bol aj ve\u013emi modern\u00fd a otvoren\u00fd. V roku 1909 napr\u00edklad zorganizoval celoindick\u00fd kongres s\u00e1dhuov, aby obnovil r\u00e1d pustovn\u00edkov. Po\u010das mnoh\u00fdch desa\u0165ro\u010d\u00ed tie\u017e cestoval po Indii, aby sa u\u010dil a \u0161\u00edril jogu. Jeho u\u010dite\u013e <strong>Paramhansa Sri Madhavdasji Maharaj<\/strong> mal v tom \u010dase 118 rokov (!) Dva roky b\u00fdval v jeho \u00e1\u0161rame v Malsare, kde \u0161tudoval sv\u00e4t\u00e9 p\u00edsma a cvi\u010denia hatha jogy. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V roku 1918 otvoril ne\u010faleko Bombaja svoj<a href=\"https:\/\/theyogainstitute.org\/\" title=\"\">&#8222;In\u0161tit\u00fat jogy<\/a>&#8222;.<br\/>V roku 1919 odi\u0161iel na \u0161tyri roky do New Yorku, v roku 1920 tam zalo\u017eil \u0161kolu jogy a lie\u010dil chor\u00fdch jogov\u00fdmi cvi\u010deniami tam aj v Indii.<br\/>V roku 1922 sa vr\u00e1til a intenz\u00edvne sa venoval v\u00fdskumu klasickej jogy. H\u013eadal sp\u00f4soby, ako tieto poznatky spr\u00edstupni\u0165 v s\u00fa\u010dasnom a holistickom rozvoji osobnosti, ako aj v jogovej terapii, ktor\u00e1 by sa dala vyu\u017ei\u0165 v ka\u017edodennom \u017eivote. Svoju prv\u00fa knihu o joge vydal v roku 1917. <br\/>A\u017e potom sa stretol s <strong>Paramhansom \u0160r\u00ed Madhavdasd\u017eim Mah\u00e1rajom <\/strong>a u\u010dil sa od neho.<br\/>Od roku 1920 sa joga stala jeho hlavnou oblas\u0165ou \u010dinnosti a v\u00fdskumu. Ke\u010f\u017ee nemohol n\u00e1js\u0165 \u017eiadnu literat\u00faru o lie\u010div\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkoch jogy, za\u010dal vykon\u00e1va\u0165 vlastn\u00e9 experimenty.<br\/>V roku 1924 zalo\u017eil v <a href=\"https:\/\/kdham.com\/\" title=\"\">Lonavle Kaivalyadhama Institute<\/a>, ktor\u00fd je zn\u00e1my dodnes. Tam sk\u00famal fyziologick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky jogov\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed, spo\u010diatku na pr\u00e1naj\u00e1mu, potom \u010doraz viac na samotn\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 cvi\u010denia. Vyd\u00e1val \u010dasopis <a href=\"https:\/\/kdham.com\/yog-mimamsa\/\" title=\"\">Yoga Mimamsa<\/a> a bol v\u0161etk\u00fdm v jednej osobe: ne\u00fanavn\u00fd v\u00fdskumn\u00edk, u\u010dite\u013e, redaktor, venoval sa pr\u00e1ci s verejnos\u0165ou a stret\u00e1val sa so zn\u00e1mymi osobnos\u0165ami, ako boli Mah\u00e1tma G\u00e1ndh\u00ed a D\u017eav\u00e1harl\u00e1l N\u00e9hr\u00fa. Potom sa za\u010dala nov\u00e1 \u00e9ra, v ktorej k nemu prich\u00e1dzali \u0161tudenti z cel\u00e9ho sveta z r\u00f4znych univerz\u00edt, preto\u017ee trval na tom, aby sa v\u00fdskum uskuto\u010d\u0148oval v Indii, a nie na in\u00fdch kontinentoch.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Svojou ne\u00fanavnou pr\u00e1cou nielen\u017ee podporil roz\u0161\u00edrenie jogov\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed medzi obyvate\u013estvom, ale postaral sa aj o to, aby boli jogov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia uznan\u00e9 ako terapia. Pri\u0161iel v\u0161ak o nie\u010do nesk\u00f4r. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maharad\u017ea z Mysore, ktor\u00fd viedol celo\u0161t\u00e1tne centrum pre indick\u00fa telesn\u00fa v\u00fdchovu, ho poveril v\u00fdu\u010dbou jogy vo svojom pal\u00e1ci a\u017e v roku 1931. V roku 1933 otvoril v pal\u00e1ci svoju jogov\u00fa \u0161\u00e1lu. Mal zd\u00f4raz\u0148ova\u0165 jogov\u00e9 as\u00e1ny ako syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 korene v Indii, a tak podporova\u0165 n\u00e1rodn\u00fa hrdos\u0165 Indov a za\u010dleni\u0165 ju do modern\u00fdch zaveden\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov telesnej v\u00fdchovy. S t\u00fdmto cie\u013eom nav\u0161tevoval napr\u00edklad \u0160r\u00ed Kuvalj\u00e1nandu v jeho v\u00fdskumnom centre v Lonavle.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeho sl\u00e1va v Indii a na Z\u00e1pade s\u00favis\u00ed s r\u00f4znymi charakteristikami, preto\u017ee v Indii je zn\u00e1my ako m\u00fadry znalec p\u00edsma a ve\u013ek\u00fd lie\u010dite\u013e. Na Z\u00e1pade je v\u0161ak zn\u00e1my ako priekopn\u00edk alebo otec modernej jogy. Na z\u00e1klade jeho pr\u00e1ce vznikli dva celosvetovo popul\u00e1rne \u0161t\u00fdly jogy, a\u0161tanga joga Pattabhiho Joisa a Iyengar joga.
