Joga nidra trv\u00e1 pribli\u017ene pol hodiny a prebieha pod\u013ea systematick\u00e9ho postupu v 7 krokoch: <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proces joga nidra<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>1. pr\u00edprava:<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong>Joga nidra sa cvi\u010d\u00ed v \u013eahu na chrbte. Zaujmete savasanu, m\u0155tvu polohu, a vedome vn\u00edmate svoje telo, d\u00fdchanie a okolie. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. sankalpa:<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong>Sankalpa je nie\u010do ako osobn\u00fd vodiaci princ\u00edp, ak\u00e9si potvrdenie. Tento vodiaci princ\u00edp si v mysli premysl\u00edme trikr\u00e1t za sebou, aby sme ho zvn\u00fatornili. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Putovanie telom s vedom\u00edm:<br\/><\/strong>Nasleduje hlavn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 cvi\u010denia Joga Nidra.
