Od roku 1927 bol jedn\u00fdm z dlhoro\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161tudentov Kri\u0161nama\u010d\u00e1rju. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poskytol mu r\u00f4zne s\u00e9rie, z ktor\u00fdch ka\u017ed\u00e1 obsahovala \u0161pecifick\u00e9 sekvencie \u00e1san a bola fyzicky ve\u013emi akrobatick\u00e1 a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. <em>Vinyasa<\/em> opisuje sled <em>\u00e1san<\/em>, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa navz\u00e1jom prepojen\u00e9 prechodn\u00fdmi pohybmi a skokmi a s\u00fa tie\u017e synchronizovan\u00e9 s dychom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pattabhi Jois \u017eil a cvi\u010dil v Mysore \/ ju\u017en\u00e1 India. Postupne ho objavili aj Ameri\u010dania a Eur\u00f3pania. V roku 1975, vo veku 60 rokov, za\u010dal na z\u00e1klade pozvan\u00ed vies\u0165 semin\u00e1re jogy v Eur\u00f3pe a USA. Nepred\u00e1val sa rovnak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom ako jeho kolega Iyengar a existuje len nieko\u013eko jeho fotografi\u00ed a filmov. Napriek tomu je tento \u0161t\u00fdl dnes jedn\u00fdm z ved\u00facich \u0161t\u00fdlov na celom svete a je jedn\u00fdm zo z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch z\u00e1kladov modernej lifestylovej jogy, pri\u010dom mnoh\u00e9 dne\u0161n\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fdly fitness jogy z Ameriky sa k nemu vracaj\u00fa.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\">P\u00f4vod riadkov<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nie je celkom ist\u00e9, \u010di i\u0161lo o s\u00e9rie pop\u00edsan\u00e9 v Joga Kurunte (porovnaj Kri\u0161nama\u010darja, ktor\u00fd sa u\u010dil u \u0160r\u00ed Ramamohana Bramachariho).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\u00e1 verzia v literat\u00fare uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee Kri\u0161nama\u010darja ich zostavil s\u00e1m z r\u00f4znych zdrojov a in\u0161pir\u00e1ci\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delom intenz\u00edvneho fyzick\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu pre mu\u017esk\u00fa ml\u00e1de\u017e. Historicky je to dok\u00e1zan\u00e9 t\u00fdm, \u017ee Lingova gymnastika (\u0161v\u00e9dska gymnastika) a d\u00e1nska gymnastika, ktor\u00e9 boli roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9 v britskej arm\u00e1de, boli na maharad\u017eovom dvore rovnako popul\u00e1rne ako kulturistika K. V. Iyer. Je tie\u017e zn\u00e1me, \u017ee Kri\u0161nama\u010darja tam zav\u00edtal a in\u0161piroval sa. S\u00e9rie sa mali cvi\u010di\u0165 intenz\u00edvne, aby sa v tele vytvorilo teplo. Po\u010das cvi\u010den\u00ed by sa malo precvi\u010dova\u0165 hlbok\u00e9 d\u00fdchanie. Len 28 poz\u00edci\u00ed v tejto knihe je ve\u013emi podobn\u00fdch alebo identick\u00fdch s poz\u00edciami v s\u00e9rii &#8222;Ashtanga Vinyasa&#8220;. V druhom vydan\u00ed knihy ich je e\u0161te viac. Prechody medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi cvikmi s\u00fa tie\u017e podobn\u00e9 t\u00fdm, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v Kri\u0161nama\u010d\u00e1ryovej \u00c1sana vinj\u00e1sa joge.&#8220;      <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bohu\u017eia\u013e, s\u00e1m Jois sa o p\u00f4vode zdrojov vyjadril len ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prevzal usmernenia a pretvoril ich na svoj vlastn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl. N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 sekvencie spojil s <g id=\"gid_0\">pr\u00e1naj\u00e1mou,<\/g> \u0161peci\u00e1lnou, riadenou formou d\u00fdchania, ktor\u00e1 sa cvi\u010dila s\u00fa\u010dasne s pohybom, zn\u00e1mou ako <strong>ud\u017ed\u017eid\u017ei d\u00fdchanie<\/strong>. V\u00fdsledkom je obrovsk\u00e1 energiz\u00e1cia a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 tela. Riaden\u00e9 cvi\u010denie pr\u00e1naj\u00e1my sa tiahne ako \u010derven\u00e1 ni\u0165 celou sekvenciou a sled \u00e1san je orientovan\u00fd na tento rytmus d\u00fdchania. Ve\u013emi zrete\u013ene je to vidie\u0165 aj na filmoch, preto\u017ee P. Jois ud\u00e1va rytmus po\u010d\u00edtan\u00edm a pokynmi na n\u00e1dych a v\u00fddych. Jeden, dva, tri, &#8230;. n\u00e1dych &#8230;.. v\u00fddych at\u010f. Znie to ako zvuk pr\u00edboja, preto sa naz\u00fdva aj oce\u00e1nske d\u00fdchanie.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ur\u010dit\u00fa fascin\u00e1ciu vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00fa skoky, ktor\u00e9 sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa napr\u00edklad z kliku vpred do vzn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00facej sa polohy bez dotyku podlahy. M\u00f4\u017eete nadobudn\u00fa\u0165 dojem, \u017ee sa ru\u0161\u00ed gravit\u00e1cia tela. Je to v\u00fdsledok intenz\u00edvneho nahromadenia energie v tele.
